The Southern region has sold out of showcase booths! You are welcome to send in an application and will be placed on a waiting list. We will not require a payment to be placed on the waiting list. You will be contacted by Karen Lombardi, showcase chair, if a booth becomes available.
The booth rental fee is as follows:
Single Booth $1,000
Double Booth $2,000
Single Booth $1,250
Double Booth $2,500
To reserve your booth, you must download a copy of the booth space application/contract, complete, and return to NACUFS at the address below. Payment must be received to secure your booth. Booth assignments are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be contacted to confirm receipt.
New for 2017, booth rentals do not include any conference registrations. If you would like to attend the conference, you will need to complete a registration form for each attendee.
