Chef Jet Tila is internationally celebrated for his culinary expertise. This best-selling author attended both French and Japanese culinary schools. He was appointed as the inaugural Culinary Ambassador of Thai Cuisine by the Royal Thai Consulate, the first-ever chef to represent his country’s culture and cuisine.

Dr. Dennis Reynolds is the Dean and Barron Hilton Distinguished Chair at the University of Houston Hilton College. He is ranked top 15th amongst the world’s most prolific hospitality-management authors. Dr. Reynolds is the recipient of numerous research, teaching and service awards, and Doctorate of Foodservice Award, past president of CHRIE, the non-profit professional organization that provides programs and services supporting global education, research and service in the hospitality and tourism industry.
