The NACUFS Pacific Region will hold their annual Culinary Challenge on March 20, 2018 at the Hilton Salt Lake in Salt Lake City, UT. Chefs from across the region will display their skills and compete for medals during the competition. Individual competitors will face off against the clock to prepare a creative entree, featuring the mandatory combination of Rhode Island sourced Littleneck clams, squid, and oysters, to create an appetizing and inviting plate.
The winner of the Culinary Challenge will compete against the other regional winners at the national competition on July 11, 2018, at the 2018 NACUFS National Conference in Providence, RI.
