Dan Gable is an accomplished wrestler, coach, alumni of Iowa State University. He is a three-time All-American champion, three-time USA Freestyle National Champion, 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist and top one hundred Olympians of all time, just to name a few of his many accomplishments. As a coach, he led Iowa to fifteen NCAA Titles, maintained seven perfect seasons, and was considered the NCAA coach of the year three times. Gable coached teams and athletes for 35 years.
As a motivational speaker, Dan shares his journey to success, pushing the limits, setting goals, and raising the bar higher. Gable’s speaking style is dynamic and entertaining. He relates his life experiences and gives his formula for success which his listeners can apply in their everyday lives.

Andy Schumacher is the chef and co-owner of Cobble Hill Eatery and Dispensary in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, an upscale, fine dining restaurant. While living in New York, Andy and his partner Carrie began forming firm ideals on sustainability, with access to some of the best grocery stores and farmers markets around. Menu offerings are based on seasonality, and availability of local farmers markets, encouraging sustainable food practice.
Andy started cooking after completing his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Iowa. While preparing his medical school applications, Andy's passion for cooking grew, leading him on an entirely different path and into the realm of culinary arts. Through his experience in several New York restaurants, he started his own boutique catering company and made an appearance on The Next Food Network Star. With his own culinary dreams in mind, Andy moved back to Iowa and with his growing family to pursue his passion. He opened Cobble Hill in 2013, and a sister establishment, Caucho, in 2017.
