Why? Because NACUFS is adopting a new learning framework, the NACUFS Collegiate Dining Body of Knowledge™, that clearly identifies your target audience and the high value content to deliver.
NACUFS is now soliciting proposals for learning sessions for our 2020 Regional Conferences. We’re looking for energetic and knowledgeable speakers with experience and expertise to deliver relevant and high-quality learning experiences for our members.
The association now provides a Speaker Guide and video micro-lessons. 2020 speakers are required to verify that they have reviewed these resources. They provide a framework for understanding your responsibilities as a speaker; considering audience expectations; and writing effective learning objectives. If your session is selected, you will want to refer back to these resources again as you develop your presentation.
You can find the speaker guide and learning videos here.
Learning sessions are 60-minutes in length and are scheduled during various times at the regional conferences on these dates:
|Midwest - South Bend, IN||March 8-10, 2020|
|Southern - Houston, TX||March 16-18, 2020|
|Continental/Pacific - Colorado Springs, CO||March 22-24, 2020|
|Mid-Atlantic/Northeast - Uncasville, CT||Mach 30-April 1, 2020|
Proposal submissions are due by Monday, December 2, 2019 to be considered for the 2020 conferences. Final selections are made by the regional conference education team.
