The NACUFS Showcase will be held July 11-12, 2019 in conjunction with the National Conference, July 10-13 in Denver, CO. We anticipate this year's national conference and Showcase will attract over 700 campus dining professionals from over 200 colleges and universities.
September 7, 2018 – 2019 Booth Space Application/Contract, Participation Form and Floor Plan mailed to all Industry Members via USPS.
September 28, 2018 – Deadline for Industry Members to email, fax or mail their Participation Form and Booth Application to NACUFS in order to participate in the on-line booth selection.
October 4-5, 2018 – Exhibitors select their booth space online for 2019 according to their assigned time slot.
October 25, 2018 – Rental of remaining booths commences. These booths are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and require a 50% deposit with booth space application. First-come, First-served Booth Applications will be mailed out to all Industry Members via USPS.
